摘　　要：将先进企业文化融入高职学习型寝室文化,有利于促成高职学生社会竞争力的全面提升和高职人才培养目标的实现。本文分析了高职院校学习型寝室文化与先进企业文化融合的重要性、可行性与迫切性,在指出高职院校学习型寝室文化和先进企业文化融合现状的基础上,探讨了高职院校学习型寝室文化与先进企业文化对接的有效途径。To let advanced enterprise culture be integrated in learning-type dormitory culture of higher vocational colleges promotes strengthening students＇ social competitiveness and realizing objective of talents training of higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes importance, feasibility and urgency of cultural fusion of learning-type dormitory culture in higher vocational colleges and advanced enterprise culture, and points out the status of cultural fusion. Based on the status, ＇his paper discusses effective approaches to the culture docking of learning-type dormitory culture in higher vocational colleges and advanced enterprise culture
