为高等医学院校培养现代医学教育技术人才的思考与设想

摘　　要：随着教育现代化进程的加快和现代教育技术的广泛应用,国内高等医学院校相继成立现代教育技术中心。根据医学院校的教学需求,提高在校现代教育技术人员的医学素养,促进现代教育技术与医学教育更好地融合和体现,是现代教育技术中心人才培养所面临的重要课题。以提高现代教育技术专业人员的医学素养为出发点,对构建现代教育技术专业人员的知识结构和培养模式提出了几点思考与设想。With the rapid progress of education modernization and wide application of modern educational technologies, the technical centers for modern education have been set up one after another in China＇s medical universities. According to the teaching requirements for the medica universities, how to improve the modern education technical professional＇s attainments of medica knowledge and promote the integrated combination of modern educational technology with medica education are important topics for the development of modern education technical professionals in medical universities. With author＇s thinking and conceiving, the thesis should focus on the framing of the knowledge structure and development mode for the modern education technical professionals.
