摘　　要：大学生的综合素质、班风、学风、创新能力等各方面的提高有赖于班级建设,本文针对当前班级建设存在的问题,提出新生班级建设目标、内容及新生班级建设的方法,通过新生班级建设,使每位同学尽快完成从一名中学生到一名大学生的转变,融入大学生活。大学生班级建设从新生抓起,能起到事半功倍的效果。Class construction is of importance to the improvement of freshmen＇s overall quality, class morale, learning atmosphere and creative power. The paper, based on the problems existing in the freshmen classes, proposes ways to construct the classes in the light of objective, content and method. Through class construction every student could step up the process to transform from high schooler to college student and adapt soon to the college life. In doing so better results will be achieved.
