高校二级学院学生评教的有效性分析

摘　　要：学生评教是高校二级学院教学管理的重要组成部分。针对现阶段学生评教问题,提高评教有效性显得尤为重要。文章在概念界定的基础上,分析了学生评教的现状,提出了合理选用学生评教工具、严格组织实施过程、科学统计评教结果以及加强评教结果的反馈应用四个方面的有效性对策。Teaching evaluation by students is an important part of teaching management of secondary college in colleges and universities. Aimed at the problems of student appraisal of teaching, how to improve its effectiveness is very important. Based on the definition, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of student appraisal of teaching, puts forward four countermeasures, i.e. we should choose the tools of teaching evaluation properly, organize the process of implementation strictly, make a scientific statistics of results, enhance the feedback application, and so on.
