人道供应链中的快速信任综述

摘　　要：文中将快速信任应用到人道救援供应链背景下,通过文献研究,整理快速信任的定义、内涵、影响因素等,指出建立快速信任不但可以有效的降低通过第三方协调救援组织的博弈风险,提高救援组织的反应速度和救援效率;而且通过协同参与者之间的任务分配和责任范围,从而应对灾害救援过程中的脆弱性、风险和不确定性,是提高灾害救援效率的有效措施。Here we research swift trust under the background of the humanitarian aid supply chain, then summary the definition,connotation,and influencing factors of swift trust by studying the literature. Swift trust not only can effectively reduce the risk of Game which coordinates relief organizations through a third party, improve the speed of rescue reaction and the efficiency;but also response to the vulnerability, risk and uncertainty during the disaster relief, and take effective measures to improve the relief by coordination the task and the scope of responsibility among participants.
