摘  要:高职经管类毕业生业务实战经历受用人单位重视,高职院校对实战教学在经管类人才培养中的地位和成效日益关注。实战教学需要兼具业务实战经验和教学技能的双师素质团队、内容适宜设计合理的实战教学项目、融合教学功能和生产功能的实训基地,三要素相互联系共同影响实战教学的最终效果,制定相互协调配套的"师资团队建设、实战教学项目开发、实训基地建设"三位一体的综合管理制度是实现实战教学预期目标的有力保障。As the employers focus on the practical working experience of vocational graduates, vocational colleges pay more attention to the results of practical teaching to the students. Practical teaching requires several factors, such as, the teaching team of teachers with ability of teaching and working experience, real business projects suitable for teaching, enterprise with teaching function, these factors influence dramatically to the practical teaching effect, therefore, drawing up a coordinating integrated management system of "teaching team construction, development of the real business projects, cooperation mechanism between college and enterprise" guarantees the realization of practical teaching targets.
