摘　　要：本文对"展示"与"反思"教学手段的研究结果和运用情况进行了总结,发现让学生"展示"才华可以有效激励学生自主学习;教师"反思"有利于改进教学,提高教学质量;学生"反思"有利于改进学习方法,提高学习效果。合理运用"展示"与"反思"的教学手段,可以达成有效教学的目标。In this paper, we summarize the research results and application of ＂show＂ and ＂reflection＂ teaching methods, find that allowing students to show can effectively motivate students to learn independently; teacher＇s reflection is beneficial to the improvement of teaching quality; student＇s reflection is conducive to improve learning method and effect. Reasonable use of the show and reflection can achieve the goal of effective teaching.
