摘　　要：随着继续教育观念的普及,成人教育越来越成为一种趋势,研究成人学习的因素是成人教育研究工作的重要内容。影响成人学习的因素是多种多样的,深入讨论和充分了解成人学习的内在因素有助于对成人学习本质的认识。With the popularity of the concept of continuing education, adult education is increasingly becoming. a trend. It is important to do research on factors of adult learning. Factors influenced adult learning are diverse. By deep discussion and fully understand the inherent factors of adult learning this article contributes to the understanding of the nature of adult learning.
