大蒜素对高眼压模型兔降眼压作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨大蒜素对复方卡波姆建立高眼压模型兔眼压的影响。方法:将30只健康兔随机均分成A、B、C 3组,全体实验兔均行复方卡波姆凝胶前房穿刺建立高眼压模型兔,其中A、C组在前房穿刺后的第1天开始分别单用大蒜素、生理盐水滴眼,B组在穿刺后第1天起用生理盐水滴眼、至第7天后改为大蒜素滴眼,3组均滴眼30d并动态观察大蒜素对卡波姆所致眼压的影响。结果:建模后第7天眼压值高于6.94mmHg者为高眼压建模成功标准;A组建模成功率低于B+C组;大蒜素处理组有一定的降眼压效果,第20天后眼压呈明显下降趋势。结论:大蒜素有一定的预防复方卡波姆所致高眼压形成的作用并能降低高眼压模型兔的眼压。Objective : To investigate the influence of allicin on the intraocular pressure of rabbit models of high intraocular pressure(IOP) made by carbomer.Methods : 30healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups A,B,C,in order to built the ocular hypertension model,all rabbits were injected with carbomer through anterior chamber.From the first postoperative day,group A and C use the allicin 、 saline for rabbits,eyes respectively,and group B use saline for 1-7days after surgery and then switch to use the allicin.All groups were treated for 30days and observed the effection of allicin on the intraocular pressure made by carbomer dynamically.Results : The standard of high intraocular pressure is the IOP higher than μ +1.96σ;The success rate of group A was lower than group B+C;The group that treated with allicin had the effect of reducing the IOP and it decreased significantly after 20days.Conclusion : Allicin can prevent the formation of high intraocular pressure made by carbomer and also can reduce the intraocular pressure of the ocular hypertension model.
