摘  要:为明确毕节地区烤烟中非挥发性有机酸和高级脂肪酸的含量状况及其与海拔高度的关系,以毕节地区不同海拔烟区C3F烤烟叶为材料进行了聚类分析,结果表明:毕节地区烤烟非挥发性有机酸和高级脂肪酸总量平均为60.73μg/g,其中非挥发性有机酸平均含量为43.32μg/g,高级脂肪酸平均含量为18.31μg/g;聚类分析将各种有机酸及总量共18项指标分为3类,第Ⅰ类平均海拔为1358.91 m,第Ⅱ类平均海拔为1502.57 m,其有机酸总量最高,第Ⅲ类平均海拔为1838.50 m,其高级脂肪酸含量较高。第Ⅰ类烟叶有机酸含量适中,具有优质原料的潜质。In order to analyze the non - volatile organic acid and higher fatty acid contents in flue - cured tobacco and their relationships with altitude, we conducted clustering analysis of the organic acid content in C3F grade flue -cured tobacco leaves in dif- ferent altitudes of Bijie prefecture. The results indicated that the average total content of non - volatile organic acid and higher fatty acid was 60.73 μg/g, the average content of non -volatile organic acid was 43.32 txg/g, and that of higher fatty acid was 18.31 p,g/g. According to the clustering analysis of 18 indexes about organic acid content, the tobaccoplanting area was classified into the following three groups: ( 1 ) Group I had the average altitude of 1358.91 m, in which the tobacco leaves had moderate organic acid content and the potential of highquality raw materials; (2) Group Ⅱ had the average altitude of 1502.57 m, in this group the tobacco leaves possessed the highest organic acid total content; (3) Group Ⅲ had the average altitude of 1838.50 m, in which the tobacco leaves had higher higher - grade fatty acid content.
