摘　　要：这场跨国收购就是一场赌博,但值得冒险,华大需要借此结束中国没有基因测序技术的历史一家规模10多亿元人民币、利润2亿的公司,要花掉10亿元,去收购一家每年亏损3亿多元人民币的美国上市公司。这事靠谱吗？2012年底,这场收购在美国引起轩然大波时,26岁的李英睿就对收购提出了反对意见。收购方是深圳华大集团,其前身是全球最大的基因测序机构——华大基因研究院,2012年这家民间研究机构才成立了一系列公司;A company with 1 billion yuan of scale and 20 million yuan of profit,will purchase an American listed company which lost＄50 million(30 million yuan) every year.Is this feasible? In late 2012,when the purchase caused uproar in the US,26-year-old Li Yingrui raised a different opinion.The buyer is BGI,which was the largest gene sequencing organization around the globe;while the acquiree is Complete Genomics,which has listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market.Inside BGI,there are many objecting the purchase,but its founder Wang Jian thought they could hold all the trump cards.It can say that the international acquisition is like a gambling,but to BGI,it worth risking because the company needs to end the history without testing technology in China through the purchase.
