摘 要:研究其混合预处理后的酶解与发酵效果、酶的优化添加量及预处理对发酵是否有抑制作用。以全株玉米、全株小麦和全株水稻这3种富含淀粉的木质纤维类生物质为原料,进行氨纤维爆破法(AFEX)预处理,完成添加纤维素酶和淀粉酶后的酶解和发酵实验,并与玉米秸秆的酶解单糖得率进行对比。研究结果表明:AFEX对全株农作物而言是一种有效的预处理方式,其乙醇产量分别提高34.8%、40.1%和20.1%。以全株玉米为例,原料经AFEX预处理后能生产单糖623.5kg/t,可转化乙醇283.6kg,玉米秸秆可生产单糖515.9kg/t。谷物与秸秆共同经AFEX预处理后,淀粉与纤维素能同时高效酶解,有利于提高生产效率并降低乙醇生产成本。The grain and straw are all the raw materials for bio-ethanol production. The three kinds of starch-rich whole crop plant such as whole corn plant and whole wheat plant and whole rice plant were pretreated by Ammonia Fiber Expansion (AFEX). The total sugars were yielded from hydrolysis of pretreated biomass after adding cellulase and amylase. And the ethanol was produced from fermentation of hydrolyzate. The results show that AFEX pretreatment is effective on improving conversion of the whole crop plants. The ethanol yield increased 34. 8 % for whole corn plant, 40. 1% for whole wheat plant and 20. 1% for whole rice plant than untreated biomass. For example, AFEX-treated whole corn plant can produce 623.5kg sugars from one ton dry biomass, and it can be converted to ethanol 283.6kg (about 360L), and the AFEX-treated corn stover can produce 515.9kg sugars Co-utilization of starch-rich grains with lignocellulosic residue for production of biobased commodity chemicals has several economic benefits. This kind of technology will simplify processes and reduce production costs.
