摘 要:为更准确地测定不同形式的转向架的回转阻力矩,提出了一种实现转向架与车体间回转阻力矩测试的新型试验台.在阐述了回转阻力矩测定原理基础上,构建了曲线行驶时转向架与车体之间的回转角度数学模型及转向架回转角度时间历程函数,并利用空间运动学实现了作动器位移控制指令的解算.利用该试验台对某型车进行了实车试验.试验结果表明,回转阻力矩系数的实测值与理论计算值相差很小,验证了文中所建模型的正确性和试验台试验结果的可信性.A novel test bench was proposed in this paper to realize the determination of the rotation resist- ance moment between bogie and body. Based on the rotation resistance moment determination principle, the yaw angle mathematic model between bogie and body and the time history function of the yaw angle when the vehicle is running in curves were constructed, and the calculation of actuator displacement con- trol instructions was presented by means of space kinematics. Besides, a real vehicle test was conducted with this test bench. The result shows that there is a slight difference for the rotation resistance moment coefficient between the measured values and calculated values, which verifies the validity of the model pro- posed in this paper and proves the creditability of the test results using the test bench.
