摘　　要：近年来肿瘤学发展迅速,但国内至今尚无标准的肿瘤学专业学位研究生培养模式。文中通过查阅相关文献,借鉴国内外研究生培养的先进模式,结合肿瘤学教育实际情况,就肿瘤学专业学位研究生培养模式进行了初步探索,以期建立适应现代医疗卫生事业发展需求的专业学位研究生培养模式,达到理论与实践、科研与临床相结合,理论、科研和实践并重的研究生培养目标。Though oncology is developing rapidly in recent years, there is not yet a normalized education model for postgraduates of oncology in China. The authors investigated the education model for postgraduates of oncology by reviewing the relevant literature, consulting the advanced graduate education models at home and abroad and considering the actual conditions of our own, aiming to establish an oncological graduate education model that conforms to the development of modern medicine, characterized by combination of theory with practice and laboratory with bedside, with properly balanced stress on theory, research and practice.
