博士研究生科研不端行为影响因素研究

摘　　要：现如今,科研不端行为在博士研究生群体中呈蔓延趋势.本研究通过494份博士研究生样本探讨了科研不端行为的影响因素.研究结果显示,科研压力对科研不端行为的科学导向和关系导向均有显著正向影响;科研资源供给对科研不端行为的关系导向具有显著负向影响,但是对科学导向没有显著影响;教育惩罚政策对科研不端行为的科学导向具有显著负向影响,但是对关系导向没有显著影响.研究还发现,科研不端行为的科学导向和关系导向在性别、学科类别、博士类型等人口统计学变量上具有显著差异性.Nowadays, misconducts in scientific research are overflowing in the doctoral student group. Here it discusses the factors inducing misconducts in scientific research with 494 doctoral student samples. The results indicate that scientific research stress has significant positive effects on scientific research misconducts in the respects of factual and relationship orientation. Scientific reseach resources supply has significant negative effects on scientific research misconducts of relationship orientation, but doesn＇ t have effects on scientific research misconducts of factual orientation. Education penalty policy has significant negative effects on scientific research misconducts of factual orientation, but doesn＇ t have effects on scientific research misconducts of relationship orientation. Furthermore, scientific research misconducts of both factual and relationship orientation have significant differences among demography variables, such as gender, subject, doctor type, and so on.
