提高医学院校非医学类专业本科毕业论文质量的思考——以山东省四所医学院校为例

摘　　要：医学院校非医学类专业本科毕业论文在制度建立的背景、指导教师和管理人员的学科背景、医学思维的强势地位等方面具有特殊性。提高医学院校非医学类专业本科毕业论文质量的对策建议有:完善质量监控的制度,提高指导教师的专业素质,加强医学思维与非医学思维的融合,确定合理的质量要求和评价标准,提供基本的资源经费保障。Graduation thesis of non-medical specialties in medical colleges has some characteristics such as background of system building, specialty background of faculty advisers and administrative staffs, and powerful position of medical thinking. Suggestions to improve the quality of graduation thesis of non-medical specialties in medical colleges were put forward, such as perfecting quality supervisory control system, improving professional accomplishment of faculty advisers, strengthening combination between medical thinking and non-medical thinking, establishing reasonable quality and evaluation criterion, and providing basic resources and fund.
