性别因素下的医科大学生综合素质发展分析

摘　　要：目的比较不同性别医科大学生的综合素质发展情况,为用人单位提供参考。方法应用已经建立的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,对某医科大学新生每隔半年1次,连续进行3次综合素质测查并进行男女生间的比较。结果应用重复测量方差分析,心理素质的性别与时间之间不存在交互作用(F=2.223,P=0.135),性别的主效应检验结果F=0.002,P=0.961。而综合素质、思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业素质、身体素质、基本能力素质的性别与时间之间存在交互作用(F=9.888,3.615,12.572,6.571,15.899,19.609;P均<0.05),男女生的素质变化不同,女生的素质提高效果优于男生(协方差,F=10.350,9.055,8.748,12.620,4.765,13.038;P均<0.05)。结论除心理素质男女生变化相同外,女生的综合素质及各分项素质发展均好于男生。Objective To explore the influence of family factors on college students＇ money attitude,and provide the basis of guiding students to establish correct money attitude.Methods A total of 190 college students were investigated with money attitude scale（MAS）and designed family background questionnaire.Results The scores on power-prestige dimension of money attitude scale were significantly different for college students who were from different living areas（F=3.348,P0.05）,but the score on each dimension of money attitude scale was not significant difference for the college students who were from different family forms and different family social economic status（F=0.096~2.785,P0.05）.Conclusion Living area is one of the most important factors which affect college students＇ money attitude,while influence effect of family form and family social economic status on college students＇ money attitude are not significant.
