摘  要:作为国内较早开展创业教育的地方本科院校,温州大学依托特色学科、特色专业和区域创业文化优势开展创业教育实践。学校从创业教育通识课程体系、创业人才培养模式、创业教育与专业教育融合、岗位创业运行机制,以及岗位创业实践基地建设和创业教育专业化师资建设等方面进行改革探索,形成了独具特色的以岗位创业为导向的人才培养新体系,实现了从提高就业率向提升就业层次、从创业实践教育为主向创业教育与专业教育融合为主、从培养自主创业者为主向培养岗位创业者为主的转变,为学生自主创业和岗位创业打下基础,学生的创业实践能力得到增强,岗位胜任力与岗位竞争力得到提升。Although the entrepreneurship education of universities has achieved rapidly progress in China, a lot of problems still exist in its development such as the change of ideas in entrepreneurship guidance, the integration of entrepreneurship education into professional education, the reform of entrepreneurship courses. As one of the leading universities which launched entrepreneurship education in China, Wenzhou university has carried out a lot of exploration and practice in the areas as follows: general curriculum system, talent cultivation model, the integration of entre- preneurship education with professional education, the construction of practice basis inside and outside school, the operation mechanism of entrepreneurship education, the platform of professional entrepreneurship teachers. The new talent training system for post-oriented entrepreneurship has gradually been formed and effective practice effect has been achieved, which have provided valuable experiences for the further reform of entrepreneurship education in universities in China.
