摘　　要：本文阐述我国药物临床试验的监管体系,总结了在监管中发现的我国药物临床试验存在的问题并分析其产生的原因,最后提出了我国药物临床试验的发展方向。This article first elaborated the drug clinical trial supervision system in China, and then summarized problems existing in drug clinical trials that found in the supervision and analyzed the reasons, at last put forward the development direction of drug clinical trials.
