摘　　要：研究性教学是培养高素质创新型人才的重要途径,目前高校在推进研究性教学过程中面临着诸多问题,必须树立以人为本的现代教育教学理念,建立研究性的教学队伍,构建新型教学内容体系,完善研究性教学的评价体系和管理制度。Research teaching is an important way to cultivate high - quality innovative talents. At pres- ent, in the process of advancing research teaching, colleges and universities face many problems, must build the people -oriented modem educational teaching idea, establish research teaching team, construct a new teaching content system, and perfect the evaluation system and management system for research teaching.
