摘　　要：为满足新时代化工综合素质人才培养需求及专业拓宽后对实验教学的新要求,我们对厦门大学化工专业实验过去十年(2001-2011)的教学计划、教学体系、实验室建设、课程内容和教学方式进行了多次改革和探索。十年的教学实践更新了实验内容,提高了教学质量,加强了学生的创新意识和工程能力的培养,取得了良好的效果。This paper introduces the performance of the reformation in teaching programs and methods, course content, teaching system and laboratory construction of the Chemical Engineering and Technology Lab of XMU in order to meet the integrated talent demand of the new era in the past decade （2001 -- 2011）. After ten years of teaching practice, the results show that the reformation can update the contents of experiment, improve the quality of teaching, enhance students＇ awareness of innovation and engineer- ing capabilities.
