摘　　要：探讨通过参加全国高等医学院校大学生临床技能竞赛,对医学人才培养质量提高的促进作用。以赛促改、以赛促训、以赛促教、以赛促学的临床技能培训新模式初见成效。The paper explores the promoting effect of participating in the national clinical skills competition for medical students on their cultivation quality. Now the new training model, that is, promoting the clinical teaching reform, enhancing students＇ clinical skills training, and improving the quality of teaching and learning by competition participating, has showed the initial results.
