案例教学法在肿瘤内科临床轮转医师教学中的应用与分析

摘　　要：目的:探索CBL在肿瘤内科临床轮转医师教学中的应用及效果。方法:肿瘤科162名内科轮转医师被随机分配至LBL组与CBL组。轮转结束后进行问卷调查及肿瘤相关知识的考核。结果:CBL对六项调查指标的正面影响均优于LBL。两组医师轮转结束后考试成绩有显著性差异。结论:对临床肿瘤内科轮转医师带教中应强调CBL的应用。Objective： To explore the application and effect of CBL in the teaching of medical oneology clinical rotating physician. Methods： 162 internal rotating physicians were collected and randomly assigned to LBL group and CBL Group. Questionnaire survey was conducted and tumor-related knowledge was examined after rotation. Results： Energetic impacts on CBL group for each survey in- dicators were better than those of LBL group. There was significant difference of examination result between the two groups： Conclu- sion： The application of CBL should be emphasized in oncology physician rotating process.
