“四位一体”英语教学及应用型人才培养途径探究

摘　　要：大学英语教学是高等教育的重要组成部分,鉴于当前大学英语教育存在如哑巴英语,中式英语,应用性差等诸多弊端,本文结合"四位一体"英语教学理念,在北京化工大学北方学院构建了大学英语教学新模式,开展项目研究。四位一体以建构主义为基础,强调以学生为中心,重视自主学习、协作学习和情境创设,符合《教育改革和发展规划纲要2010-2012》倡导的启发式、探究式、讨论式、参与式教学。实验结果显示:四位一体教学有助于推动教学改革,强化师资队伍,牢固学生的基础知识和基本技能,提升应用能力和语言素养。College English teaching is an essential part of high education. At present, there are many prob-English teaching, such as dumb English, Chinglish, and students can not put what they learn in to practice. The four-in-one approach is built on constructivism, emphasizing student-centered teaching and en-couraging autonomous learning, cooperative leaning and situation creating. Based on four-in-one approach, this paper carried out an experiment in North College of Beijing University of Chemical technology, which is to build new English teaching model such as establishing new teaching objectives and plans, encouraging autonomous learn- ing based on internet, group learning and opening second class. The results show this new teaching model promotes the teachers to reform and do research as well as helping students consolidate their knowledge and improve their ability and language faculty.
