高校法律基础教育的“形”与“神”

摘　　要：将"思想道德修养与法律基础"课中法律基础教育部分的法律规定(条文)和法律体系等归于"形",将法律意识、法治观念等归于"神",并明确提出法律基础教育重在传"神"。结合大学生法律基础教育的现实状况,提出了教育教学中需要注意的问题和教学重点,意在着力传"神"。This paper attributes the content of legal provisions （clauses） and legal system from the part of legal basis education from ＂Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis＂ course into ＂appearance＂ ; while the law consciousness and the concept of rule of law into ＂substance＂ , and clearly puts forward the education of legal basis emphasizes on ＂substance＂. With the reality of college students＇legal basis education, the paper puts forward problems and the teaching focus needed to pay attention to in education and teaching, with an eye to focus on the ＂ substance＂.
