摘　　要：《高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台》是《高等职业院校人才培养工作评估方案》的重要组成部分,能清晰地反映高职院校人才培养工作的内涵和动态变化过程。这里介绍状态数据采集平台的建设意义、结构和原则;分析近几年在填报过程中存在的问题,并就如何提高状态数据采集的质量提出建议。The State Data Acquisition of Personnel Training in Higher Vocational Colleges is an important part of the Assess- ment Proposal of Personnel Training in Higher Vocational Colleges, which can clearly reflect the connotation and dynamic process of personnel training work in higher vocational college. The paper introduces the construction meaning, structure and principles of the state data acquisition platform, analyses the problems in the process of form-filling in recent years, and makes recommendations on how to improve the quality of state data acquisition.
