摘 要:以金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)采收后切除的菇根(~3 cm)为原料制备粗寡糖,研究其在10、50、100 mg/mL三种浓度下对8种植物病原真菌以及糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)、金针菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:除10 mg/mL粗寡糖对黄瓜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)、甜瓜枯萎病菌(Fusariumoxysporum)有促生作用外,其它处理对供试的植物病原真菌菌丝生长均具有抑制作用,且在试验范围内,随着浓度升高抑制效果增强;粗寡糖对不同植物病原真菌的控制效应不同,对茄子褐纹病(Phomopsis vexans)的抑制作用最强;糙皮侧耳及金针菇培养料中添加金针菇粗寡糖可促进菌丝生长,缩短满瓶时间。Flammulina velutipes stipe material (taken from ~3 cm above the base to the pileus) was air-dried, powdered (50 mesh), and immersed in eight volumes of 95% ethanol for 24 h to remove monosaccharides and fatsoluble substances. After centrifugation (3200 g, 20 min), the pelleted material was retained and the procedure repeated twice before suspending the solid residue in 12 volumes of hot (70 ℃ ) water for 1.5 h. The supernatant fraction obtained after filtration was concentrated at 50℃ on a rotary evaporator to one-third of the original volume, centrifuged, and 95% ethanol was added with stirring to the supernatant to a final ethanol concentration of 80%. After standing overnight at room temperature, precipitated material was removed by centrifugation, and the supernatant fraction was freeze dried to yield crude F. velutipes oligosaccharide. The effects of different concentrations (10, 50, 100 mg/mL) of this material on the mycelia growth of eight plant pathogenic fungi and two edible mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus and F. velutipes) were evaluated. Oligosaccharide was generally inhibitory to the pathogenic fungi, especially Phomopsis vexan, although 10 mg/mL concentrations promoted the mycelia growth of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and Fusarium oxysporum. The material shortened the spawn running period of P. ostreatus and F. velutipes.
