摘　　要：师资队伍建设是精品课建设的重要指标,也是精品课实施的保证,同时精品课程建设又对教师队伍的提升起着积极的作用.通过《仪器分析》精品课建设,阐述了在精品课建设中师资队伍的培养措施和效果.The development of teachers is not only an important indicator of quality course construction, but also the guarantee of the quality course enforcement. Quality course construction plays art active role in the upgrading of the quality of teachers. By building quality course on Instrumental Analysis, the aim is to expound the training measures and results of teaching staff in quality course construction.
