审美化的当代革命军人核心价值观培育探析

摘　　要：四年多来,军人核心价值观培育取得了很大成效,但也存在着"功利化""空泛化""无我化"等问题。要深化培育,关键是在思路、方法和途径上开拓创新。审美化的培育将核心价值观培育与审美教育有机结合,为核心价值观培育开辟了一条新的途径。审美化培育的实施,通过培育目标美育化、培育内容审美化、方法手段艺术化、培育过程审美化、培育环境的美化、培育评价的优化,使整个培育成为一种美的欣赏、美的表现、美的创造活动,从而有效提高培育实效。While great achievements have been made in the cultivation of the contemporary PLA core values during the past three years, problems like utilitarianism, vagueness and self- absence exist in varying degrees. Aesthetic approach is an innovative attempt in combining both the means in core values instillation and aesthetic education. It is believed to be more efficient and beneficial in transforming the present cultivation program into an experience of presenting, appreciating and creating of beauty via aesthetic cultivating its aims, materials, approaches, proce- dures, ambience and evaluation models.
