摘　　要：高校辅导员的继续教育是辅导员队伍提升整体素质、应对工作中出现新问题的有效途径。结合当前实际情况,对高校辅导员继续教育的必要性进行分析,总结目前高校辅导员继续教育中存在的问题和不足,从高校辅导员继续教育制度、学习内容、学习形式等角度提出对策,为新时期高校辅导员继续教育的开展提供参考。The continuing education of counselors in colleges is an effective way which can promote the overall quality of counselors and reply new issues in jobs. The article analyzes the necessity of the continuing education of college counselors combined with the actual situation. It summarizes existing problems and shortcomings of the cur- rent college counselors in continuing education. At the same time, it puts forward countermeasures for the system of continuing education, learning content and how to learn. It also provides references to College counselors＇ continue education in the new period.
