摘　　要：作为一种新的教学方式,网络英语教学突破了传统教学的时空限制,实现了优秀资源共享,为更多的学习者提供了接受优质英语教育的机会。英语口语作为网络英语教学的重要组成部分,因其自身特点,对网络课程开发者提出了新的挑战。依据Flash技术的优点和英语口语的特点,主要从界面设计、功能实现、字幕设计等几个方面,详细阐述了英语口语网络课程播放器的设计与开发过程。As a new teaching method,the Web-based English instruction broke the limitations of time and space of traditional teaching,achieved the outstanding resource sharing,provided opportunity of quality English education for more students.Oral English is an important part of Web-based English instruction,because of its own characteristics,the developers of Web-based course will face new challenges.According to the advantages of Flash technology and features of spoken English,this article described the design and development process of the player of oral English in detail,mainly from some aspects such as the interface design,functional implementation,subtitles design.
