新建本科院校中层干部执行力刍议

摘　　要：中层干部是学校教育教学活动和管理活动的带头人,是学校各部门工作的计划制订者和组织者,是学校育人过程中的设计师和指挥员,是上级领导和教职工之间的纽带,其执行力的强弱与高校兴衰息息相关。当前,新建本科院校中层干部执行力不容乐观,而"内化于心、强化于质、柔化于情"是提高中层领导干部执行能力的基本方法和有效途径。The middle - level cadres in universities play a significant role which manifests itself in the following aspects： the backbones of the school education teaching and management activities, the planners and organizers of school - running, the designer and commander of personnel training, the intermediary between the superior leadership and staff. Therefore, the development of universities is closely geared to the executive power of the middle - level cadres. Aiming at the promotion of the executive capacity of the middle - level cadres in the newly - built universities, there are some effective approaches ： the strong awareness of service, the high capacity of handling things, humanity love for staff.
