摘  要:舵机是智能化精确制导弹药飞行控制系统的关键部件。本文利用快速控制原型技术,搭建了电动舵机伺服系统实时仿真平台,兼顾了数学仿真和半实物仿真两大功能。实现了将基于Matlab/Simulink开发的仿真模型直接加载到快速控制原型机上实时运行,使算法在硬件实现之前可以达到比较完善的程度,并为控制软件的设计、改进及参数优化提供了试验环境,最后通过试验检验,该仿真平台运行稳定可靠,实时性强,具有工程应用价值。Actuator is a key sector of the flight control system of intelligent precision guided munitions. U-sing Rapid Control Prototype (RCP) method, a real-time simulation platform of the electro-mechanical actu-ator servo system was constructed in this paper. and hardware-in-the-loop simulation were carried Through the RCP platform, both mathematical simulation out. The Matlab/Simulink simulation model can be down- loaded to the universal hardware to achieve real-time simulation, which makes it possible to design and testi- fy the control strategy before the hardware is available. This platform also makes contributes to the design, modification and optimization of the control software. Experiments eventually show that the platform can run stably and reliably, and has explicit real-time capability while having engineering applicable value.
