摘 要:耦合轮对是一种有别于传统轮对和独立旋转车轮的新型轮轨导向系统,其动力学性能也与二者存在差异。本文建立弹性阻尼耦合轮对(EDCW)车辆的动力学模型,对其曲线通过性能及轮轨磨耗进行分析,并给出耦合度的最佳取值范围。结果表明:导向轮对轮轨作用力与磨耗随耦合度的增加而减小,跟随轮对轮轨作用力随耦合度的增加而增大。当选用恰当的耦合度时,弹性阻尼耦合轮对(EDCW)的应用能够有效减小轮轨作用力和磨耗的最大值,从而改善转向架的曲线通过性能。The coupled wheelset, a new type of wheel-rail guidance system, is different from the traditional wheelsets and independently rotating wheels, and its dynamic performance is also different from both. In this paper,the dynamic calculating model of a vehicle with elasto damper coupled wheelsets (EDCWs)was estab- lished, its curving performance and wheel-rail wear were analyzed, and the optimal range of coupling factors was given. The results show as follows: With increasing of the coupling factor, the wheel-rail force and wheel-rail wear of the leading wheelsets decrease and the wheel-rail force of the trailing wheelsets increase, when an ap- propriate coupling factor is chosen,the application of EDCW can effectively reduce the maximum values of the wheel-rail force and wheel-rail wear so as to improve the curve negotiating performance of bogies.
