摘  要:对赤灵芝GL 2菌株发酵液中胞外多糖的提取进行了研究。通过乙醇分级沉淀对发酵液中多糖进行了分离 ,并采用凝胶柱层析法检测了各级份中多糖的分子量分布范围。动物实验证明 ,分级沉淀各级份均能促进小鼠体重增长 ,增强小鼠白细胞吞噬细菌的能力 ,提高红细胞中SOD酶的活力 ,其中 6 0Ganoderma lucidum (GL?2) fermentative product was precipitated by alcohol with different strength. When the strength of alcohol was denser, the output of polysaccharides was higher. Fractional precipitation could separate the water soluble Ganoderma polysaccharides to several constituents. The molecular weight range in each constituent was measured by gel filtration. Mice grew more rapidly after they had eaten polysaccharides extracted from GL?2 fermentative product. All the constituents showed stimulating effects on phagocyte function of leukocytes and enzyme activity of SOD in mice. And effects of the constituent with 60% were the most obvious among them.
