摘 要:目的通过萃取法和酶解法对低纯度偶氮甲酰胺进行前处理。方法建立了低纯度偶氮甲酰胺的检测方法,萃取法不能有效消除干扰含量检测的淀粉,而酶解法则完全消除了干扰因子。结果该法精密度良好,RSD<1.0%。在10.0%~60.0%的含量范围内线性关系良好,r2=0.999 9,具有较高的灵敏度。对样品加标回收试验,回收率在99.06%~100.71%,RSD≤0.60%。结论该法准确可靠,精密度、重现性较好。Objective The low purity azodicarbonamide adopt extraction and enzymatic pretreatment. Method In this study, a method of low purity azodicarbonamide detection was established. The results showed that the extraction method can not effectively eliminate the interference of detection of starch, but enzymatic law completely eliminates the confounding factors. Result This method have good precision, RSD 〈 1.0%. The content range between 10. 0% to 60. 0% showed good linearity relationship, r^2 = 0. 999 9, and high sensitivity. The recovery test, the recovery rate was 99.06% -100. 71%, RSD ~〈 0. 60%. Conclusion The method was accurate and reliable, have a better precision and reproducibility to analyze low purity azodicarbonamide.
