摘　　要：对《铭》中所涉人物及写作年月进行了考释,阐述了该《铭》是魏源思想研究的又一重要资料。This paper has done a research on the characters in Wanzhonggong Shoucangming and the time when it was written. The author of this paper states that Wanzhonggong Shoucangming is another important material for the study of Wei Yuan＇s thoughts.
