摘　　要：在铜冶炼企业飞速发展的进程中,市场竞争力主要体现在成本优势方面,因此围绕生产经营过程的企业信息化建设迫在眉睫,合理的信息化架构也是铜冶炼企业密切关注的。根据铜冶炼企业的行业特点,应该以管控一体化为目标、以ERP、工控系统和MES系统为主体的建设思路,确立铜冶炼企业信息化的四层结构,各系统数据通过集成提供给公司决策层,此种架构充分利用了ERP和MES的优势,同时避免各自的缺陷,是当前铜冶炼企业比较合理的信息化架构。In the process of rapid development of copper smelting enterprise, market competitiveness mainly focus on cost advan- tage. Hence it＇s pressing to construct enterprise information of production process and we should pay great attention to build reasonable information structure too. According to copper smelting enterprise＇s peculiar industry characteristic, we think the reasonable information structure should be aimed at management and control integration. Taking ERP,Industry control system and MES system as main build- ing ideas, and establishing the four - layer structure of the copper smelting enterprise information, all system data finally goes to enter- prise management through integration. This structure makes full use of the advantage of ERP and MES system while avoiding their shortcomings. It＇s the most reasonable information structure for current copper smelting enterprise.
