摘　　要：新建地方本科院校开展教学工作自评自建是提高教学质量,走内涵式发展的重要手段。结合我院的实践,探索新建地方本科院校如何通过自评自建,建立健全内部教学质量保障体系,实现可持续发展。为新建本科院校构建适应自身教学实际需要的自评自建工作的理论体系,不断提高办学水平,实现由专科向本科快速转型提供借鉴。Self- evaluation and self- construction of newly- established local undergraduate colleges＇ teaching is to improve the quality of teaching, and is important means to connotative development. Combined with our practice, this study explores how other newly - established local undergraduate colleges establish and perfect their internal teaching quality guarantee system through self - evaluation and self - construction, so as to achieve sustainable development. The paper aims to provide reference for newly - established local undergraduate colleges to build a self - evaluation ＆self - construction theory system which adapts to the actual needs of their own teach- ing, continuously improve their school -running level, and fulfill the rapid transition from junior college to under- graduate university.
