农科创新实训实行“三非”管理的尝试

摘  要:云南农业大学农科创新实验训练计划教学体系在认真思考创新能力培养的哲学命题、透彻分析学生群体的基本素质的基础上,树立以"非专业导向、非实质审查、非定性评价"为核心的指导思想,从组织形式、规章制度、教学过程、指标量化、审立限制等五方面建设教学体系,形成以哲学思考指导教学过程、学生兴趣主导创新教学、教师范式辅导学生创新、行政管理重在形式流程为特色的互动教学方式,呈现教学开展顺利、规模稳定扩大,教学成果显现、领域不断扩展,创新延伸创业、典型案例产生,教学平台配套、资源优势发挥等四大亮点,通过提升想象力、洞察力和判断力诱导学生的个人创新能力、并以此为基础增强学生的生存(工作)和开拓(创业)能力的教学目的,开辟出创新教育文化的雏形。Yunnan Agriculture University Innovation Research and Training Program Teaching System(IRTTS) was established on the foundation of contemplating the cultivation of innovative ability and thoroughly analyzing the characters of agricultural college students.A guiding ideology of the system was established in this paper with the core of ‘non-professional guidance,non-substantial examination and non-qualitative evaluation’.The system was developed and strengthened from five aspects as organizational forms,regulatory frameworks,teaching processes,index quantification and vertical limits forming a new interactive teaching mode with philosophic thinking guiding teaching process,students’ interests leading creative teaching,teachers’ paradigms tutoring students’ inventory and process management as the main path of administrative management.The results of carrying out the system showed successful implementation of teaching,stable enlargement of scale,generation of typical cases,assortment of teaching platform and optimized resources advantages.As a new cultural model,the system was proved to be useful to induce our college students’ innovation capacities by cultivating their imagination,insight and judgment and to strengthen their independent competency and entrepreneurship.
