摘　　要：高校实验室是创新体系的重要组成部分,也是高校教学、科研、人才培养、社会服务的基地。为了促进高校实验室的发展,从科学调研规划,设立开放基金;规范管理,健全制度;加强队伍建设,提高队伍水平;开放共享,建立网络信息平台以及提高安全意识,杜绝安全问题发生等方面提出了一系列建设与管理方面的革新建议。University laboratory plays an important part in the innovation system,and is also a base of teaching,scientific research,personnel training and social services.However,there are some problems in the construction and management of university laboratory in China at present.In the aim to promote the development of laboratory in universities,the authors make a series of innovation suggestion to the construction and management of university laboratory.According to scientific planning,we set up open fund.Through standard management,we improve the system.We also strengthen the team building,and improve the team level.We put forward some reform suggestion such as opening and sharing,establishing information network platform and improving the safety consciousness,eliminating safety problems.
