摘　　要：纵观中国历史上的文字狱,以明清最为惨烈。文字狱现象中包涵着丰富的修辞内容。从表面看它是由解码错误而获罪,实质上,它是统治者加强统治的策略。Throughout the history of China＇s literary inquisition,the most tragic stage is in the Ming and Qing Dynasty.The literary inquisition phenomena bear with rich content of rhetoric.To look at it from the surface,it is convicted for decoding error felon.But,in fact,it is a strategy of strengthening the rule by the ruler.
