摘　　要：面对日益严峻的培训竞争形势,培训运行管理与管理服务在在职培训中起着越来越重要的作用。本文从思想站位、运行管理和管理服务三方面阐述了在日常工作中总结的经验与思考。In the face of increasingly severe training competition situation, the training operation management and management service is playing a more and more important role on on-the-job training. This paper elaborated the experience and thinking in daily work from three aspects： the ideological stance, operation management, and management service.
