摘　　要：学校负有学生在体育活动的开展过程中的安全保障义务,本文从学校体育安全保障义务的涵义入手,分析了安全保障义务产生依据、具体的内容,以及学校违反安全保障义务承担法律责任的原则。The school bears the obligations of the safety and security of students in the process of sports activities. From school sports safty obligations meanings, this paper analyzes the basis of the safty obligations, the specific content ,as well as the principle of school liable for breaches of salty obligations.
