商务成本变动对企业迁移决策影响的实证研究

摘　　要：本文运用专家访谈、问卷调查、因子分析及二元Logit计量模型等方法,以企业迁移现象较频繁的上海、浙江、江苏、福建、广东和山东六省市制造业为研究对象,研究区域商务成本构成要素变动对企业迁移决策影响的差异性和显著性。结果表明:要素成本越高,企业迁移决策的可能性就越大和政府支持企业发展的政策越多,企业外迁的可能性就越小获得了支持,而政府体制、公共支出等对企业迁移决策影响的假设并没有获得支持。这可用来解释东部沿海六省市部分制造企业向中西部迁移的原因,其中一方面是东部沿海省市尽管市场化程度、产业配套环境、政府运作效率、基础设施建设等投资环境不断完善,企业承担的交易成本也在不断减少,但无法弥补快速上涨的工人工资、房租价格等要素成本,侵蚀了企业利润;另一方面东部沿海省市在支持企业发展的优惠政策方面与中西部相比,也显得优势不明显。By expert interviews, discuss mainly business costs changing questionnaire, factor analysis and binary Logit model , the paper how to affect corporate relocation decisions as the research object of Manufacturing enterprise that migration phenomenon is more frequent in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Guangdong and Shandong provinces. The results show what the higher the factor cost, the greater corporate relocation decision-making likelihood and the less corporate relocation likelihood, the more government supporting for enterprise development policy is supported, but government system, public spending and so on influencing on migration decisio-making＇ assumptions are not supported. This can be used to explain why the part manufacturing enterprises of the eastern coast six provinces relocate to the midwest. On the one hand, although the investment environments , such as the market degree, industry supporting environment and the government efficiency, are constantly improved, and the transaction costs that corporates bear are also declining, which can not compensate for the costs of rapidly rising wages, rent prices and other factors. So corporate profits are eroded. On the other hand, the preferential policies that the eastern coastal provinces and cities support enterprise development are less than that of the Midwest.
