摘　　要：高校辅导员是高校实施学生管理的基础,辅导员与学生的关系是最重要的人际关系,其良好的关系有利于学校各项教学工作和活动的开展。本文将结合辅导员的工作特点,从德、能、勤、绩等四个方面来分析辅导员工作与学生时期的共性与异性,来突出辅导员工作的必要性和重要性。Instructors are the basis of the college students＇ man- agement. The relationship between instructors and students is the most important, which will affect the development of the campus＇ teaching work and activities. With working characteristics of in- structors, the text is to analyze the similarities and differences of the work of instructors and that of students＇ from four aspects： po- litical integrity, ability, diligence and achievement, to explore the necessity and importance of the instructors＇ work.
