酿酒葡萄与葡萄酒的评价分析模型

摘　　要：本文主要从酿酒葡萄的理化指标和葡萄酒的质量两个方面,利用层次分析法对酿酒葡萄的理化指标各因素和葡萄酒的质量各因素进行综合分析,建立因素判断矩阵并进行一致性检验,利用Matlab软件进行求解计算,给出了酿酒(红白)葡萄与(红白)葡萄酒的四个系列分级.其次,我们利用马克威分析系统得出线性回归方程,由"回归系数分析"表中的"显著性"可以得出葡萄酒中的物质与酿酒葡萄中的某些物质间的密切联系.In this paper, according to the physiochemical indexes of the grape and quality factors of the grape wine, using the AHP method, Matlab calculus and the Markway analysis, we establish the factor judgment matrix and consistency inspection, then we give four series of graded on the grape （ red and white） and the grape wine （ red and white）. Secondly, we also obtain the linear regression equation and the close relation between the substances in the grape wine and the grape.
