《商务礼仪》实训课存在的问题及应对策略

摘　　要：商务礼仪课程对大学生来说具有一定的必要性和重要性,课程教学中的实训课是让理论转变成实际工作中可以实现学生价值的重要途径。在阐述目前高校中的商务礼仪实训课存在问题的基础上,提出完善实训教学体系、建设实习实训基地、改变考试形式和拓展第二课堂,以提高教学质量,取得更好的教学效果。There are many problems existing in the current practical training classes of business etiquette course in colleges and universities. There- fore, it is significant to improve the traditional teaching model, change the current status of practical training teaching, perfect the practical training teach- ing system, construct practice and training bases, create better practical training teaching conditions and alter the current examination form.
