摘 要:我国职业教育体系建设自改革开放以来取得初步成就,实现了"跨越—转型—提升"式的快速发展。但是,我国的职业教育体系依然不完善、不科学,存在办学体制单一,质量低下,职业教育资源匮乏且布局相对不平衡,理论研究"重引进轻创新,多趋同少特色",以及实践中职业教育体系衔接不畅等亟待解决的现实问题。因此,有必要对我国职业教育体系建设所取得的成绩和遇到的问题进行总结和分析,并进一步思考我国职业教育体系建设的保障机制和基本措施。Since the practice of reforming and opening-up in China, it has made certain progress in the construction of VE system, which has undergone a fast development in a mode of astriding-transforming-ungrading. Compared with other developed countries, however, the existing VE system is still imperfect, unscientific, with realistic problems including simplistic running mode with low-production, shortage in VE resource and relative imbalance of its distribution, more attention on introduction than innovation in theoretical research leading to lack of its own characteristics, and unsmooth connection among each part of VE system in practice. In this paper, a description on the status quo of the construction of vocational education system in China is given, followed by an analysis on its realistic problems, with a consideration on how to guarantee the construction of vocational education system in China and some basic measures.
