帕金森患者抑郁焦虑相关危险因素调查及心理护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨研究帕金森患者焦虑抑郁的相关危险因素,并总结心理护理对帕金森患者心理状态的影响。方法以2010年3月至2012年10月我院收治的帕金森患者90例为研究对象,使用计算机随机的方法分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组45例给予心理护理,对比观察两组护理效果。结果实验组护理后,其抑郁状态降低、焦虑状态降低,与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;实验组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论导致帕金森患者抑郁焦虑的危险因素较多,需要护理工作者加强心理护理,以降低患者的不良情绪。Objective To investigate the to study Parkinson anxiety and depression in patients with associated risk factors, and summarizes the impact of the psychological care of Parkinson＇s patients mental state. Methods March 2010 to October 2012, 90 cases of Parkinson＇s patients with our hospital study, the method of using the computer randomly divided into two groups, the control group received conventional care, the experimental group was given 45 cases of psychological care, compared observed nursing effect. Results The experimental group care, reduce their depression, reduced anxiety state, compared with the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant; experimental group patients in nursing satisfaction higher than that in control group, P〈0.05, differences statistically significant. Conclusion The risk factors lead to Parkinson＇s patients with depression and anxiety are more in need of care workers to strengthen psychological care, in order to reduce the negative emotions of patients.
